The Dark Feminine
The dark feminine is an often misunderstood aspect of the feminine. Our culture has celebrated the aspects of femininity that are 'light': beauty, softness, service, unconditional love.
Meanwhile, the aspects that are 'dark', the rage that brings discernment, the grief that clears the slate, the wild instinct, the cyclical wisdom, and the magic have been exiled and hidden in dusty corners.
But without these we can't access our full power as women. A woman connected to her dark feminine isn't obedient. She's powerful, truthful, free: connected to her boundaries, her erotic nature, her deepest emotions. In this masterclass, we welcome these exiled parts home.Ā

The Art of Mirroring
Mirroring is the art of deep listening: not just to the words someone is saying, but to the deeper stories, patterns, longings and truths that live beneath them. There is something profoundly powerful about having your own story reflected back to you by another person; often they can see threads, themes and possibilities that are difficult to recognise from the inside.
In this practicum, we'll learn and practise the art of mirroring together with plenty of grace, curiosity and humour. As we develop this skill, we become better listeners, more intuitive, and more attuned to the larger stories hidden within everyday conversations. And perhaps most importantly, through witnessing others and being witnessed ourselves, we gain fresh insight into our own gifts, our own genius, and the deeper unfolding story of our lives.

Over the past decade, I've had the privilege of designing transformational experiences for thousands of women around the world.
Again and again, I've witnessed the same thing. When women are deeply seen, celebrated and challenged, something extraordinary happens. They remember who they are. They stop making themselves smaller. They begin making braver decisions. They create beautiful things. They build communities. They change the culture around them, often without realising it.
That's why I created Wondr. I don't believe the world changes from the top down. I believe it changes through ordinary people choosing to live with greater courage, integrity and imagination, right where they are.
Wondr Lab is where we gather to practise that.
My hope is that this becomes a place where you find your people, reclaim more of yourself, and leave every month a little more courageous than when you arrived.
Because the world doesn't just need more successful women. It needs more women who are fully alive, unapologetically themselves, and willing to become lighthouses in their communities.
