Hi! I'm Nele.

I will be designing and facilitating this weekend

I’m the founder of Wondr and a transformational facilitator with over a decade of experience guiding retreats, rites of passage, circles, and leadership trainings across more than 20 countries.

I have held space for thousands of individuals and teams — from visionary women and facilitators to global organisations navigating growth and change.

My deepest passion is designing initiatory experiences for women who feel called to step forward. Women who are ready to live their gifts more fully and contribute to the world in meaningful ways. The visionaries and pioneers.

My work weaves together the art of facilitation, somatic practice, mythology, storytelling, nature-based wisdom, and systems thinking. I believe real transformation requires both depth and structure — descent and return, mystery and clear design.

Every experience I create follows a proven blueprint that supports lasting expansion. Not temporary inspiration, but embodied change that continues to unfold long after the retreat ends.

As your guide for The Pearl, I am here to help you cross a meaningful threshold — one that reconnects you to your true nature and strengthens your capacity to live it with courage, clarity, and integrity.
