Hi! I'm Nele.

I will be designing and facilitating this rite of passage

I’m the founder of Wondr and a transformational facilitator with more than a decade of experience guiding retreats, Circles, rites of passage and leadership trainings across over 20 countries.

I have spent more than 10,000 hours facilitating, learning and designing experiences for visionary women, emerging facilitators, culture builders and global organisations navigating meaningful change.

My deepest passion is creating initiatory experiences for women who know they are standing at a threshold. Women with something meaningful to love, lead, create or contribute, who are ready to stop waiting for permission.

My work weaves together facilitation, somatic practice, mythology, storytelling, nature-based wisdom and systems thinking. I believe transformation needs both mystery and excellent design, both the courage to descend and the support to return.

Every experience I create follows a deliberate blueprint. Not a collection of lovely activities, but a complete arc that creates the conditions for insight to become embodied, lived and carried home.

As your guide for The Pearl, I will not tell you who you are or what your transformation should look like. I will help create the conditions in which you can hear and trust your own knowing.

This is brave, tender and wildly beautiful work.
